Wise men seeking Jesus
Travelled from afar
In the time of King Herod, after Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judea, wise men from the East came to Jerusalem, asking, ‘Where is the child who has been born king of the Jews? For we observed his star at its rising, and have come to pay him homage.’
There's a wideness in God's mercy
Like the wideness of the sea
We join together in prayer for the world, the church and all in need today
As with gladness men of old
did the guiding star behold
May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ
the love of God
and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit
be with us all, evermore
